Client Background
Suprememil is the exclusive distribution brand of the dried milk/milk formula of Hochdorf Nutritec AG (Swiss) in China. Right up to the middle of the 20th century, it had been a huge challenge to nourish newborn babies who couldn't get sufficient breast milk. When the Chinese brand of Suprememil was created and introduced to market, the visual image then wasn’t equivalent to the high standard of the product. This was especially evident in the case of its website. The design with dark yellow as its theme colour was just ok. But in term of coding development, mostly of the text content was presented in images, indicating little SEO effort. Most of the pages were done by displaying huge images with no further structuring. Consequently, it was impossible for search engine robots to crawl the content, and the site was not indexed in any search results at all.
On the other hand, since Suprememil is relatively a high-end brand to the Chinese market, there were growing needs from within the company to update all the promotional events and marketing campaigns on the website. Therefore the situation of static web pages must be changed.
